Our grape seed oil is made exclusively from Austrian red grape seeds. Red grape seeds contain a very high level of antioxidants, including OPC (= Oligomeric proanthocyanidins). OPC is up to 17 times more effective than vitamin C. OPC in combination with vitamin C from the rosehip seed extract multiplies the positive effect.

No Oxidation
After pressing, our oils are sealed in glass ampoules under argon gas as quickly as possible. This is where we differ from other products on the market. Oxidation-free oils do not contain any harmful degradation products, in particular peroxide, alcohol, aldehyde and carboxylic acids.
The essential thing about oils, whether cosmetics or as food, is oxidation. The most susceptible to spoilage are fats with a high proportion of unsaturated fatty acids. These include above all healthy oils such as Grapeseed oil, rose hip seed oil, flaxseed oil and most high quality cold-pressed oils made from seeds. Oxidized oil does not add any value to the human body or skin. On the contrary, it often leads to cell damage.
Our oil is not filtered either. That is why we are talking about extracts and not oils. The fine suspended solids, especially in the grape seed extract, contain a great deal of the antioxidants (OPC) already mentioned.
